- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice accompanies every order; business buyers may share their GSTIN for input credit.
- We photograph and describe products as accurately as possible; minor variations may occur due to screen settings and fabric dye lots.
- In case of an obvious pricing or technical error, we may cancel the order with a full refund of any amount paid.
- Availability, prices, and offers may change without notice.
3. Orders & payment
- An order is confirmed only upon our order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders for stock, pricing, or fraud-related reasons, with a full refund of amounts paid.
- Payments are processed by secure third-party gateways. Cash on Delivery is subject to the limits in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
4. Shipping, exchanges & cancellations
Governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Exchange & Replacement Policy, and Cancellation Policy — all of which form part of these Terms.
5. Website tools

6. Intellectual property

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASI's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (courier disruptions, strikes, natural events, government restrictions).
8. Grievance redressal

9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction.
